Orders are packed with desiccant in protective kit boxes and shipped from our warehouse with tracking. Standard shipping is free above the threshold in your region.

Our catalog is intended for qualified researchers and laboratories. All products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and we do not provide dosing or usage guidance.
Checkout places your order and reserves the stock. You then receive an email with bank transfer details and your order number as the payment reference. We ship as soon as the payment arrives.
Paid orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days and express 1–2 business days. You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel ships.
Look up your lot number on the documentation page. Where a COA file is published you can download it directly; otherwise use the request link and we send it by email.
Storage and stability depend on the formulation. Follow the manufacturer's batch-specific temperature instructions and expiry date. Confirm whether freezing is permitted before placing a pen or spray in a freezer.
Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For quality concerns, contact us with your order and lot number. See shipping & returns for details.
